I'm Natasha Ellah, a fully qualified instructor with Body Control Pilates and member of the Society for the Pilates Method. I am ready to guide you on your Pilates journey. For my in person clients, I am based in Sevenoaks, Kent. I also offer online classes to clients all over the world.
